We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data about how visitors interact with our Site. We may share your information with licensed construction partners in your area who perform the physical construction work on BuildFlow projects. How we obtain your number and consent. We collect your mobile number and SMS consent when you submit a consultation, free-design, or estimate request form on buildflowbasements.com and check the SMS consent box. The consent box is not checked by default — you must explicitly opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We log each opt-in with a timestamp and the consent language shown.
What we send. Messages are 1-to-1 communications about your project — for example, consultation and appointment confirmations, estimate and scheduling updates, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies based on your project activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. BuildFlow Basements does not charge for the SMS messages we send.
How to opt out or get help. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below. You may reply START to opt back in.
Your mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in data and consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with our telecommunications provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver messages on our behalf, under a data-processing agreement.
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and secure data storage through Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Site integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Matterport (for 3D home tours), and Netlify (for hosting and form processing). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review those policies.
