The free design is a floor-plan layout of your basement with photoreal 3D renderings of a couple of feature areas (e.g., the bar, media wall, or primary living space). It's designed to help you visualize the space and make finish decisions — it is not a full 3D model of every room, and it is not construction-level drawings. Construction documents, engineering, and permit drawings are produced later as part of the build phase if you choose to move forward.
