It's a provisional allowance applied to a single custom, built-in feature in your basement — either a dry bar or a built-in media cabinet. You pick which one. BuildFlow covers the first $2,500 of materials and labor for that feature when you move forward with a BuildFlow basement finish.
The allowance covers one feature. If you want both, we can absolutely design and build both — the $2,500 will be applied to one of them and the other is quoted normally as part of your BuildPack.
It's a provisional allowance, which means any upgrade above $2,500 — bigger footprint, higher-end finishes, more cabinetry — gets quoted and approved by you in writing before we build it. You're never surprised by a bill.
